Day 11 | Circuit Training is hard


I went back to that really challenging Circuit Training class again today.  Wow is that a difficult hour.   And it’s not 45 minutes of workout and 15 minutes of cool down.  It’s 60 minutes of workout and 5 minutes of cool down.  We always go over the allotted hour.

I felt worse during class this week than I did last week.  I think hope that it is due to the cold that I am fighting and not due to the fact that I’m just not getting in shape.  Also, I think it was a harder class.  The instructor actually clapped for us after we were done…I’m thinking he was impressed that we survived.  It was that darn hard.
