I was feeling like I was going to be a little sore from yesterday’s Circuit Training class so I went to the Y and ran 2 miles on the treadmill…very slowly. It felt great to loosen up, get a little cardio and finally get a couple of miles logged.
I watched my calorie intake carefully and am pleased to say that I burned more than I took in. Neat.
I’m kind of upset that the weight isn’t coming off like it’s supposed to. I’m hopeful that by the end of the week I will see some results on the scale.
