I’m going to run it off


This is the inaugural post of RunningItOff.com.  I am determined to lose the excess weight I’ve been carrying around before I turn 40.  I turn 40 in 5 months.  5 months.  I need a drastic plan, and that plan is running it off.

I will keep a running blog  and will document my progress as close to daily as I can muster.

I will attempt to prove that running is the metabolism kick start that people need to finally get into shape.

I will also keep an eye on my calories  and eat cleanly.  But I’ve done that before and doing it alone without exercise doesn’t get my weight off.

The running is going to change everything.

Running it off is how I will finally get to my goal.
